Our family and associates travel extensively throughout the world to bring to you the finest in handcrafted treasures for the home.  Countries of origin include  Indonesia, Thailand, India, Tibet, Nepal, Afghanistan, the Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia, Kenya, Tanzania, and Ghana.  Much of the time we are able to buy directly from the artisan or a cooperative representing them, so that the artisan can get a fair price for their work.  Many of the items we find are traditional crafts that utilize methods that have not changed for hundreds or even thousands of years. Our artisans work in basketry, wood carving, pottery, bronze casting, and lacquer to handcraft beautiful objects to enhance your home or to provide you with a truly special and unusual gift.
